Wholehearted Commitment

Hi there! I’m Samantha, a Pediatric Sleep Consultant with almost a decade of experience in sleep training, sleep apnea, and sleep disorders I wanted to further my understanding of sleep studies after I became a mother knowing how important it was to ensure successful sleeping patterns. Upon doing so I found the world of difference between a child who slept well with greater moods, cognitive cues, and overall daily life balance. I wanted to give other parents access and understanding of the remarkable avenues available to share the same wonderful experiences. I’m sure you are here because you are completely exhausted and looking for answers. I have been where you are now, which inspired me to help other families get better rest in ways that feel good. After my daughter was born, I became fascinated with pediatric sleep as I wanted to ensure I was setting a good foundation for establishing healthy sleep habits that I knew my daughter would need to grow and flourish.  So I set out to find the answers. I asked everyone I knew and started reading through books and articles. After combining the information I found and the routines I learned through my sleep certification, I was able to create a good foundation of healthy sleep for my daughter. Was my daughter's sleep perfect? No Did she still wake at times? Yes. Did I respond to her? Yes. She will now consistently sleep 10-12 hours at night, and I want you to know that it is possible to get there in most cases. Does she ever wake up and need me now and again? Yes, and that is totally normal. There is a middle ground! I am committed to educating families about realistic expectations and delivering brighter days through achieving a solid foundation of healthy sleep habits. 

My Philosophy 

With many avenues of sleep training, my primary focus and belief are giving you the tools to avoid strict CIO methods with years of experience in sleep consulting, I understand that no one method works best I want to be able to ensure I strive to create a sense of support and confidence while working with families to best support their child during this learning process. My goal is to help you gain the knowledge and skills to teach your little ones how to fall asleep independently.
