Hi there! I’m Samantha—a Certified Early Childhood Educator and Pediatric Sleep Coach with nearly a decade of experience supporting families through sleep training, sleep apnea, and pediatric sleep disorders.
My journey into pediatric sleep began when I became a mother. Like many parents, I was exhausted and searching for answers. I quickly realized how deeply sleep impacts a child’s mood, development, and overall well-being. That discovery sparked a passion: I dove into pediatric sleep studies, read everything I could get my hands on, and earned my sleep certification to better understand how to build healthy sleep foundations.
Through trial, error, and a lot of love, I helped my daughter develop consistent sleep habits—10 to 12 hours a night! Was it perfect? No. Did she still wake up sometimes? Absolutely. And I responded with care, because sleep isn’t about perfection—it’s about balance.
Now, I help other families find that middle ground. I believe in realistic expectations, gentle guidance, and empowering parents with the tools they need to create brighter days through better sleep. My Philosophy
With many avenues of sleep training, my primary focus and belief are giving you the tools to avoid strict CIO methods with years of experience in sleep consulting, I understand that no one method works best I want to be able to ensure I strive to create a sense of support and confidence while working with families to best support their child during this learning process. My goal is to help you gain the knowledge and skills to teach your little ones how to fall asleep independently.
