HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Ensure you have details outlined on your current sleep schedule, even if it isn't consistent.  Include how many feedings a day or the Oz. Nap and bedtime routines or what that looks like as that is one of the key components when making a sleep plan that best suits your baby's needs. Anything that you may have already tried!

DO YOU OFFER REMOTE CONSULTATIONS?

All Consultations are completed over the phone or zoom so that you can be in the comfort of your own home. Follow up support is continued virtually and over the Rested Sleep App which logs babies sleeping patterns.
